Medical Camps and Try the Product Camps process

1. Add the doctor to the campaign


STEP 1

Login to the PRx app, click on ≡, then click on campaign.

STEP 2 

Select campaign to add the doctor to, from the list of campaigns applicable to you.



STEP 3

Click on , then select the potential doctors to be added to that campaign from your doctor list and submit.




2. Submit a request

After discussing with the doctor and confirming his interest in conducting a medical camp / try the product camp, submit a request for the camp by following the steps below.

Step 1

Login to the PRx app, Click on Client - Select the Doctor from the List


Step 2

Click on Request 



Step 3

Click + & Select Medical camp / Try the Product camp as the case may be.



Step 4

Select the Product, Required Quantity, Target Quantity, Planned Camp Date and Remarks (mandatory). 

Step 5

Click on √ to submit the request and wait for manager approval.

3. Approve the request (For Managers)

STEP 1

Go to PRx App (prxcloud.com); Login with your ID & Password

STEP 2

Go to My Utility -> User Request -> Client Request

STEP 3 

You will find a list of requests submitted by your team members. Click on Status column of the relevant request.


STEP 4

Once you click on Status, this window will popup.



Check if the doctor is eligible for the selected camp and select the relevant status - "Approve" or "Reject" and enter your remarks (mandatory).
Click Save and wait for the Senior Level Approval.
