Grading process - FY 2023-24

Go to PRx App (prxcloud.com); Login with your username and password.

Go to Master -> Client Mapping and follow the steps.

Step 1 - Medical Camp Doctors

Identify doctors for whom Medical Camp has been conducted in FY 2022-23. Grade them as "MC22-BRAND" and mark that brand as focus brand. For example, if medical camp has been conducted for Cervilon in FY 2022-23, mention Grade as "MC22-CER" & "Focus Brand" as Cervilon. Any other Supported Brands can be added with Focus Type as "Supported".

Step 2 - Try the Product Camp Doctors

Identify doctors for whom Try The Product Camp (TTPC) has been conducted in FY 2022-23. Grade them as "TTPC22BRAND". For example, if Try The Product Camp has been conducted for Cervilon in FY 2022-23, mention GRADE as "TTPC22CER" & "Focus Brand" as Cervilon. Any other Supported Brands can be added with Focus Type as "Supported".

Step 3 - Top Supporting Doctors

Identify Top Supporting Doctors (Doctors who purchase more than 5 boxes per month of any product). Grade them as "TSD". The "Focus Brand" has to be any brand other than Top Supporting Brand. Example, supporting brand is Cervilon, select Cervilon as "Supported Brand" & any other brand which you intend to promote as "Focus Brand".

Step 4 - Minimum Supporting Doctors

Identify Minimum Supporting Doctors (Doctors who purchase less than 5 boxes per month of any product) Grade them as "MSD". Add all Minimum Supporting brands as "Focus Brands" and focus on converting them into Top Supporting Doctors.

Step 5 - Balance - Non-Supporting Doctors

Balance doctors - select grade as "NSD". Identify one or two potential brands for the doctor and add them as "Focus Brands".
